I am a Psychology graduate and yoga instructor, that aspires to connect psychotherapy and movement, as I strongly believe that the body and its authentic moves (or the absence of so) express what may not be expressed verbally. Except for adults, children and youth is a population I am interested in working with. I am also very passionate about art and crafts, outdoor learning, non-formal education and inclusivity.I am well-organized and hardworking, but I always want to lead with creativity.
