I was part of the Advanced X-Ray Imaging Group, in the Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering department. My main focus was on researching x-ray phase contrast imaging and simulating the effects of different setups on the sensitivity of the system. I worked on image processing tasks using Python and MATLAB and I built a data base with samples that were used in beam-tracking systems.

Researched and contracted potential investors to participate in student-oriented programmes.Obtained graphic design, PR, and fundraising skills through training sessions.Acquired basic project management skills by helping organise events, such as a job fair for students.
