• Stock control, invoicing, bank reconciliation, purchase order raising using Sage 50 Accounts Professional• Day to day contact with customers, selling parts• Facilitated communication between the manager and other departments of the organisation• Records a transaction in the journal and then posts it to the individual ledger accounts• Ensure that all bills are paid and that all income due is received • Maintain a corresponding record keeping system with a file for unpaid bills and a file for paid bills with a cheque requisition slip attached to each bill.
