Operations and Sales Manager (SA/VIC/NSW) - Retirement VillagesManagement of Retirement Living:- Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders - Advisory services to clients re development of new retirement villages including: orientation, yield, target market expectations, community facilities, legislative requirements, marketing, village operating budgets and acceptable service fees/departure fees etc- Coordination of unit refurbishment programs- Overseeing day to day village maintenance, capital maintenance/replacement and preventative maintenance schedules- Communication with Clients (village owners/investors), residents, families, residents’ committees, village staff, industry bodies, contractors, receivers, solicitors, advertising/media organisations, community service groups and various service providers - Updating of licence/lease agreements and scheme documentation- Preparation and presentation of Board and Client reportsOperational & Sales Management:- Development of sales and marketing plans for individual villages- Coordination of marketing/advertising activities in accordance with approved budgets- Preparation of settlement statements; calculation of deferred management fees- Representation of clients at NSW Office of Fair Trading Tribunal- Facilitation of mediation between clients and residents- Development and coordination of village marketing plans including branding, advertising, delivery of community presentations, briefing of graphic designers - Formulating of village operating and sinking fund budgets - Reporting to residents and committees on quarterly financial reports- Preparation of Annual Residents Meeting reports - Chair and presentation of Annual Resident Meetings Human Resources- Staff management - Recruitment (end to end) of staff - Staff training - Staff guidance, discipline, support and performance reviews- Training and communication of retirement village legislation
