Toolbox Talks (by TheFamily Co.) is an evidence based workplace training program in domestic and family violence. 'Harnessing the Positive Influence of Men" is one program catered for the male dominated industries in Australia, Toolbox Talks offers participants the tools and strategies to respond to suspected DV in the workplace appropriately as well as empowers participants to challenge cultural norms that underpin violence towards men, women and children (e.g. gender stereotypes and gender inequality)

My role at BPS included discovering and nurturing new partnerships with local businesses. These partnerships involved the ideation and execution of mutually beneficial marketing initiatives, such as content syndication across websites and social media, promotions and events.Responsible for creating new marketing collateral utilising Canva and Mailchimp as well as newly shot video and photo content.Liaising with marketing agency from working on an overall business plan to executing marketing strategy. Sole management of social media assets (Facebook and Instagram); creating, scheduling and monitoring organic and paid posts. Lead Generation and conversion through targeted social media promotions, EDMs and cold calling.

During these exciting and fast changing years at Pacific, I managed numerous key accounts and created effective digital, social and print campaigns from ideation to post campaign analysis. During my time at Pacific, I particularly enjoyed the relationships I was able to build, maintain and grow and finding solutions to my client’s needs. I managed a team of three as a Group Client Services Manager and with a $3million territory, investigating trends through the analysis of Salesforce and Nielsen data was imperative, and something I enjoyed doing. Working on contract key accounts, my role included the renewal and negotiation of these contracts. Negotiating these yearly contracts involved first to draw up and deliver a renewal pitch presentation to heads of media and marketing, then to negotiate the rates and inclusions of these contracts.
