Customer Service Associate Team Leader
Current• Work in fast pace environment with high priority customers with a team as small as 90 team members and as large as 150 team members• Oversee all sub teams: Delivery, Cash Office, Cashiers, Customer Service Booth, Supervisors, and Store Scan Specialist • Help recruit, hire, develop, mentor and motivate Customer Service Team Members• Work with Team Members to ensure the highest quality guest service is offered• Maximize productivity and efficiency through proper scheduling and tracking labor• Help in achieving required financial targets• Comply with all regulatory rules and regulations, enforced these in the work place, and follow through with accountability and/or separations if protocol is not being met
