• Responsible for the all aspects of Human Resources, supporting 150+ team members and 6 managers• Create and maintain a strong team culture through monthly team chat sessions• Oversee all hiring/staffing efforts, payroll management, employee relations, training and development, team member benefits and leadership development• Execute annual Employee Engagement Survey, evaluate results and develop action plan(s) to increase employee engagement; [increased employee engagement year-over-year by 12 %]• Coordinate quarterly volunteer and community events for store team, consistently exceeding annual goal of 400+ volunteer team hours• Mentor and train Executive Interns and “New-in-Role” Executive Team Leaders, providing regular coaching and feedback to support and provide continuous development• District Recruiting Captain for Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, including coordination of the quarterly Career Fair booth
