i’ve worked a few part time jobs during my years in school. As of now I am working at Panera bread in a part time position as a team lead while I am a full time student at the University of South Carolina. My position as team lead comes with many responsibilities. I provide leadership within a production or service zone in cleanliness, quality, speed, and accuracy. Follow process maps and process discipline, ensure accuracy of orders as well as speed, quality, and presentation. In my short time at Panera I am on the way to becoming a manager for the opening shift of the store I’ve gained many skills over the years of working and in the job i am in now. I have learned some management skills, leadership, critical thinking, having great communication, and being able to problem solve on a whim.
