I have started out my time as an au pair and have fast realized that my potential is much greater than this. I am fast learning and have a wide range of experience varying from culinary, arts, customer service, child care, and management. I have spent time especially pursuing the art of bread making and have much experience in artisan breads, as well as managing my baking team, taking inventory corresponding with suppliers as well as ensuring health and sanitiation .
