Interning in a foreign country gave me the invaluable experience of working in a completely different culture and environment. This exposure has helped me expand my world view and given me the skills necessary to collaborate with those who differ from myself.Given the structure of the internship, I was able to create my own projects by deciding what I think would be most valuable to the company.

Having learned to ski before I can remember, it has brought me many challenges, much growth, and abundant joy. Practically raised on the mountain, skiing provided a shared bond with my father and fostered my love of the outdoors. Recognizing the value that skiing had brought to my life and reflecting on some of my fondest memories, it was inherent to want to inspire new skiers; to not only love skiing but enjoy the beauty of Mount Snow. As an instructor, teaching beginner skiers ages four to six, I provided instruction on foundational skills, safety, and proper ski etiquette. Working with groups of five to eight children simultaneously, I mastered the skills necessary to navigate the challenging moments that come with instructing children. ☑ Contributed to the development of more effective teaching methods and techniques☑ Participated in on-going safety and educational training ☑ Fostered an environment that drove high satisfaction and return visits
