In this role I work closely with the BI & IT teams at Coral Homes, managing and assisting the management of projects and system implementations across the entire business. I have successfully introduced systems such as Zoho, ClickUp, and Retool, whilst also working closely with external companies which provide software core to Coral Homes’ business (such as Salesforce, Framework, and Databuild).I work on numerous projects ranging from implementations of document management systems, Sharepoint intranet solutions and feature upgrades to existing core business systems.As well as completing a Diploma of Project Management, this role relies on the constant improvement of my skills in SQL, Power BI, SSRS/PBIRS, MS Excel, and Python.

My time was spent upgrading and developing finance system related projects to improve on existing processes, create new procedures, and ensure efficiency. During my time in this role I learned how to use SQL, Power BI, SSRS reporting, and various cloud architecture systems.My efforts in this role were recognised by upper management, and in just over a year I was promoted into my current position as Coral Homes' Business Systems Analyst.

Responsible for payments and reconciliation across a large number of subcontractors, maintained across three core business platforms. Proactively engaged in multiple opportunities within this role to improve on processes and solutions to support the business and ensure role requirements could be done as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Responsible for day to day accounts payable for a number of vendors, supported to the accounts receivable roles and maintained payroll/timesheets for contractors.

All-rounder experience including supervision of the front end customer experience including rostering, run sheet monitoring and people management with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service. Given great opportunities to learn multiple different skill sets around the business and expand on a strong ethic to support various departments where support was required.
