An Office Manager wears alot of hats! I was responsible of our employees well-being (the most important thing!), creating internal & external events, supervising and monitoring administration and facilities onsite, working globally with our awesome admins & morale team, connecting teams and newcomers, onboarding. Worked also on several projects with the facilities team, marketing and branding. Handled our local finance as well being the project manager for our EMEA Travel Portal. Achievements; started the administrational level from scratch, enrolled new exciting benefits locally but also internationally, key role in our space expansion.

I prepared viewings, marketing materials, social media content, as well as handled in-house finance. I was also involved in recruiting and onboarding. Built a strong relationship with our customers as well suppliers. Close collaboration with the local monopoly Alko, ferry lines including the HoReCa market. Supported our wine producers globally, collaborating on offers, representation & marketing needs for above Buyers. Arranged wine tastings, participated in industry exhibitions. Visited prestigious vineyards creating a broad network. Supported also the administative and in-house finance, as well facilities. Key achievements/Projects: - Out out apr. 4000 annual offers, offering and winning Glen Scanlan Scotch whisky onto Alko’s assortment, still remaining in sale- Offering and winning BIB La Vie en Rose for the ferry line Eckerö Line- Participated in the anual WineExpos between 2001-2011- Organized wine tastings for the wine community but also customers- Built the company’s internal web pages (2006-)
