-Support an after-school coordinator, through facilitating various academically-enriching activities, such as team-building games, logic puzzles and structured reading time for primary-intermediate grades, which supplement their classroom learning -Exercise flexibility in response to high turnover rates of other staff, resulting in exposure to a wide range of programs and supervision styles

-Created a safe space for students, through ensuring emotional and physical well being in an intensive academic environment-Supervised two halls of eight young women 14-16 years old, many of whom are experiencing homesickness or culture shock-Developed daily recreational activities, which addressed artistic and athletic skills, as well as community building, for 600 students to challenge themselves intellectually and socially outside the classroom
