I started my journey in logistics at a 3rd party truck brokerage, learning the ins-and-outs of the basic terminology and specializing in domestic inland drayage moves. I worked closely with freight forwarders as a vendor; air freight recovery peaked my interest and I decided to take a step into the freight forwarding world.I began at ACE Forwarding in 2021 and have had 3 promotions since; steadily working my way up from Operations Agent, to Supervisor, to Manager. From the ground up, I helped grow and train an entire team of import/export coordinators.My team is responsible for Air Imports/Air Exports/Ocean FCL&LCL Imports and Exports/Charter/Hand Carry/Customs Clearance and any process that occurs within for a smooth transport.
