As a member of the Client Strategy team, my role is to manage client marketing strategies to meet and exceed their marketing goals. I develop client relationships and growth through a solutions-oriented mindset and attention to detail, all while providing elevated experiences for both my team members and client contacts. As a client specialist, I emphasize effective communication and elite project management in strategy development and execution. By analyzing performance, I also develop recommendations and communicate closely with clients to assess if strategies are effective and remain aligned with their goals. I build relationships with client contacts to help them learn about our strategies and the digital marketing industry as a whole. A partnership and relationship of trust between myself and each of my contacts is the cornerstone of my role, including providing resources and education about our strategies at work.
