• Promoted to Professional Recruiter in Jan. 2020 • Apply extensive recruiting experience and industry knowledge to search for and locate candidates who are in high demand and possess tough-to-find skill sets through pipelines, cold-calling, referrals, & research • Identify top tier candidates within both the commercial & federal space as well as within Infrastructure, PMO, & Application Development skillsets • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive searches within the market utilizing various job boards such as Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, Indeed, ClearanceJobs, & our internal CRM tool – Bullhorn • Source, screen, and acts as main point of contract for candidates through full interview & onboarding process • Negotiate contract & rate terms with candidates prior to placement with client’s requisitions• Assist with development and training of new recruiters as a mentor • Jointly head Philanthropy and Team Building Committee internally to plan and coordinate office events

• Identified top tier DoD cleared & uncleared candidates for federal clients supporting high priority government contracts & projects – varying from Active Secret, Top Secret, Top Secret SCI programs• Recruited candidates within the following skillsets: Cyber Security, Systems & Network Administration/Engineering, Help Desk, Desktop, & Threat Intelligence • Built out pipelines of quality candidates – most specifically within the Cyber Security space with over 75% of placements in 2019 being within cyber security • Prepared candidates for client interview process & performed full life-cycle recruiting• Placed candidates within contract, contract to hire, and direct hire roles• Utilized Bullhorn CRM tool for all internal tracking of candidates and contractors• Assisted Account Managers with requisition qualification calls with client hiring managers• Scheduled meetings & onsite check-ins with placed contractors to continue to build relationships• Won Rookie Recruiter of the Year for calendar year 2018
