I was a customer service representative for six months. My responsibilities consisted of answering phone calls, taking orders over phone and in the lobby, dough and wing prep, folding boxes, slicing pizza and occasional delivery.

My responsibilities consisted of customer satisfaction walks every two hours. Cleaning the lobby, kitchen, restrooms, and outdoor property. Setting up appliances, prepping food and materials, and making food orders, taking drive-thru and lobby orders.
