Launched a rebrand campaign in October 2021, coordinating strategies in social, digital, email, content, product, and event marketing to establish brand awareness and increase partnerships within an organization of 19,000 staff. Led five cross-discipline team members in collaborative and independent work to create marketing, communication, and branding plans and campaigns to support all Cru Music initiatives, in respect to their project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

Led and managed 53 projects, ranging from recording initiatives, tour initiatives, video, design, marketing, and conference performance initiatives to connect hundreds of thousands of people to the mission and brand. Prescribed roles, deadlines, and budget, ensuring all concepts were seen to completion, while providing direction to team and hosts/partners, as well as presenting creative concepts and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.

In December 2018, 21 shows were booked over a 20 day tour, offering 2,800 people in correctional and rehabilitation facilities hope and connection through Anthem City’s Christmas Experience.Organized travel accommodations and itineraries for bands of eight to ten people. Identified and developed new opportunities with clients, on behalf of a band, through phone, mail, email, and/or social media correspondence. Constructed a tour schedule that created win-win situations for both the band and clients by reducing travel costs and maximizing opportunities for partnership. Prepared and managed contracts and promotional materials for hosts, on behalf of the bands, to ensure logistical alignment and advance event promotion. Managed four teammates in this role, by developing training materials and organizing progress meetings, to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process.

Identified over 300 individual, corporate, and organizational partners in 3 months to secure $5,000/month ongoing commitments and $20,000 one-time gifts to financially sustain over 5yrs in full-time non-profit work. Implemented all systems of partner relationship management through consistent tracking in a fundraising CRM. Secured continual renewal and upgrade of gifts through utilizing marketing and communication strategies with email and social media, as well as intentional fostering of donor relationships and expressions of gratitude. Obtained financial, statistical, and project-specific data to complete monthly reports to funders. Curated compelling presentations, demonstrating excellent verbal communication and creative design, resulting in rapid growth of highly-invested donors.

Represented the organization as an extension of care and hospitality to the speaker/musician, for the sake of building and maintaining relationships. Adapted to various competing demands and priorities of the Cru conference team, speakers and musicians, as well as their assistants and families, while interfacing with compassion and confidentiality. Coordinated calendars to prioritize various commitments and hold margin for rest, in order to optimize their capacity to perform for the 19,000 staff organization. Provided direct support with transportation, on-site escorting, and communication on behalf of the speaker/musician to the conference team.
