Key Accountabilities:•Marketing – Representing bareMinerals in store as a visiting artist and running Master Classes & events on counter for new or existing customers to try current looks and trends.•PR – working closely with the European PR team to represent the brand at regular press events. Meeting with key journalists, bloggers and press for one to one or group appointments. Assisting our International Make Up Artist at Pro-Industry Master Classes as well as Pro-Model Master Classes. 
•Photo Shoots and Fashion Shows – Managing backstage teams at Fashion shows and assisting our International Make up at Photo Shoots; stepping in as lead Make up artist when needed. Working on editorials and campaigns for a number of key London magazines and supplements.
•Education – Execute Master Classes and support product launches in UK/Ireland as well as at assisting the International Make up Artist with ‘Advanced Master Classes. Providing artistry demonstrations for education seminars.•QVC UK, Germany and Italy – working with Key Hosts to prep for QVC shows; understanding targets, prepping models and presenters. Understanding breaking down PAL sheets and key model changes. Dealing with Producers and Directors and floor staff to plan and prep for smooth running of show. Working on set during live shows and prepping models in limited time to ensure they are ready for on air.

• Consistently achieved and exceeded sales targets.• Participating in all aspects of the account management process, including full servicing and support of customers through the implementation of various value-add initiatives.• Working in close association with the PR and event team to maximise the exposure of the brand.• Understanding and maintaining a thorough knowledge of the product portfolio and all pertinent ethical obligations as they relate to the industry.• Enhancing and maintaining Bare Escentuals profile within the industry.• Developing and maintaining successful relationships with key customers and generating new business along with maintaining repeat business in line with targets set by the Sales Manager.• Generating regular written reports on sales activities, including variance analysis, for the Managers detailing revenue achieved and the overall position of the department in relation to agreed revenue targets.• Enhancing and maintaining Bare Escentuals profile within the industry by representing the company at various Exhibitions/Trade Events/Awards Ceremonies.• Sourcing new business and initiating strategies to increase revenue for the department.
