Planned and executed a grand opening for a pet store and boutique, with over 300 guests in attendance and 10 local sponsors. Created a “Woof Walk” for a non-profit animal shelter in Fort Myers, where we raised over $1,000 for the shelter and created a fun filled event with over 15 local sponsors.

Responsibilities included providing exceptional customer service, food handling + safety skills, food prep and delivery, proper cash handling skills + cashiering, training of new associates, developing employee schedules, placing weekly inventory orders, independent opening and closing of site, full cleaning of front and back of house during/after shift.

Responsibilities included setting up in-store displays, unloading trucks, managing a full staff, creating schedules, working register, interacting with guests and helping them find their day-to-day for all their pets, cleaning, moving large items, and working with dogs and cats on training and identifying the best food and care for them. I also was in charge of the care and responsibility of all animals located in the store (small animals, reptiles, birds, and aquatic life)
