I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University and a Class 1 Real Estate Licence.I am the owner and Director of Opes Real Estate and Legal Practitioner Director of ALM Law.I practiced full time as a Solicitor from 2012-2019, initially in a CBD based firm and then in my own legal practice with offices in Castle Hill, focusing on property law, commercial litigation and family law (parenting, property and child support). I have appeared as a Solicitor advocate and as an instructing Solicitor in the Local, District and Supreme Courts of NSW, as well as the NSW Court of Appeal, Family and Federal Courts of Australia and the High Court of Australia.In the context of consistent practice in property law litigation, I became very familiar with land development and subdivision processes, home building and property acquisition and sales processes, particularly in the Hills Shire.I established Opes Real Estate in 2019 in response to what I considered to be an absence of credible agent options for project and development sales in the North West and beyond. Since its inception, Opes has grown considerably to offer services in project marketing and sales, residential home sales, land sales, industrial sales and now, property management.
