Role as a Custom Design Engineer working in the patient-specific implants team, having previously carried out an internship within the same team. Responsibilities involved end-to-end project management of cases, from communication with the customer, to design and manufacture of the medical device, to preparing documentation ready for despatch.

Working with the Continuous Improvements team I helped with a digitalisation project of the production line.

Internship undertaken in the Engineering department in order to further understand the management and workings of a hospital environment.

I worked in the Students Union Shops as a retail assistant where my responsibliities include handling money when working at the till and liasing with customers to provide good customer service.

Responsibilities include being Front of House and liaising with customers to provide the best possible customer service. Taking and serving orders, being in control of the till and money, making beverages and ensuring that all the customers are happy.

Responsibilities included serving food and drink to a high standard of service. Communicating with the guests and helping to solve all their requests. Preparing food and setting up tables to ensure the smooth running of each event.
