Responsibilities ranged from the initial proposal to the final development of the project. The project included architectural development of the homes and their interior designs, addressing clients’ specifications. Also, responsible for obtaining the local council approval for the entire project. Each project was built in on a 22.000 ft2 plot. Responsible for managing contractors in charge of the permanent renovation of shops within the shopping centre, guaranteeing that planned works addressed the technical specifications approved by the Board of Directors.Responsible for financial performance and general management of the department, including budget, cost, contract administration and property management of the shopping centre, reporting directly the CEO. Also responsible for finding the best quality suppliers and maintaining best cost efficiency for the maintenance of the shopping centre. In charge of leading and directing a staff team of 18 people working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Designed and constructed Phase II of the Stables and Horseshoeing area of the Polo Club in Bogotá, Colombia.

Design Consultant. Understanding the client’s requirements for a large school campus of approximately 1,600 square meters, translating them to ACAD and presenting proposed work to the client. Developed scenarios for alternative uses, and discussed advantages and disadvantages with the client. The construction area wasapproximately 1,600 square meters on a 174,443 square meter site.
