• Full cycle of recruitment activities: placing advertisements, screening resumes, searching and selecting candidates, interacting with Hiring Managers on all recruitment related issues as developing job descriptions, consulting of a recruitment process, organizing interviews with candidates etc.• Employer branding projects: developing a strategy of 3M brand promotion for graduate audience (defining target audience and target universities, customizing an employer brand value proposition, communication planning), partnership with target universities, organization of company’s participation in different activities for graduates (Career Fares, master-classes, social network competitions).• In charge of “3M Start” graduate program: gathering requests for annual graduate hiring from businesses, 3M Start program advertising in different channels, organization of all pre-selection and selection process including on-line testing and assessment centers, creating a concept of internal assessment centers including methodology and all materials, graduates training program development and coordination, holding New Employee Orientation program for graduates, HR support for mentors on any graduate recruitment related questions.

• Full cycle of recruitment activities for vacancies of different levels and in different industries: communication with customers to create job profiles and to discuss a recruitment strategy, placing advertisements, searching for candidates including headhunting and keeping data in EStaff database, holding interviews and providing recommendations for customers, coordination of further recruitment steps with customers.
