Got exciting few months as Employer Brand Manager at Skyeng, one of the largest EdTech companies globally, present in more than 10 countries. Besides empowering HR Brand, I was also responsible for HR marketing processes and helping the recruitment team hire best candidates on the market as effectively and fast as possible.My focus area was creating a positive brand image and Skyeng on the top positions as an IT employer by writing articles for blogs and media, contributing to SMM strategy and finding new ways to promote new opening positions. Moreover, I was responsible for the brand's presence on the largest conferences, meetups and forums, helping my colleagues to develop their public speaking skills and present the company and the team's cases in the best possible way.One of my favourite projects was also developing and crafting offers for the hiring process finalists - to ensure they are appealing, communicate the brand mission and values well and keep the acceptance rate on the top levels.I was also engaged in regular efficiency analysis, evaluating our top EB channels and activities.

Workstories is digital tool for internal communications that helps companies and management to effectively inform, engage, motivate and unite the team.Being Product Marketing Manager at Workstories, I contributed to building a content strategy, enforcing effective marketing and commercial communications with potential clients and target audience, building a stronger brand for a young startup on the global scale.
