Apple Product Manager
Current• Develop quarterly planning according to the predetermined yearly budget• Successfully execute weekly orders based on my forecast, taking into account various impacting factors (timeline/seasonality, shipping capabilities, promotions, NPI schedule)• Continually track and review the forecast I created, making necessary adjustments for optimal results• Ensure a proper storage, tracking and control of inventory through an accurate stock management system• Monitor channel data and promptly responded to changing consumer trends• Provide reports to team leader and higher-level managers• Facilitate regular meetings and maintained ongoing communication with the manufacturer (Apple Operation and Sales team)• Maintain strong partnership with Apple, ensuring compliance with production standards• Work closely with the sales team to achieve quarterly targets• Collaborate with the country manager
