Working as a student consultant for the City of Windsor I utilized an agile project management style to work on a marketing plan for the City of Windsor’s Park and Recreation department. I developed deliverables such as a new logo, domain name, tagline and promotional video and conducted research surrounding best practices used by municipalities throughout Canada

At FCA I held roles of both a production line worker and a forklift operator. As a line worker I assisted in the manufacturing of the minivan where I learned to operate on several pieces of machine equipment. As a forklift operator it was my responsibly to follow a just in time (JIT) inventory system and ensure the right parts were on the line in a timely manner. As a dock leader I was also responsible for ordering truck trailers to the dock using a in house computer system. I was also provided the opportunity to work in an office setting as a administrator. Here I assisted engineers, utilizing my excel skills to help them complete world class manufacturing (WCM) projects. These projects helped FCA receive the bronze certification in 2011 and silver in 2014. Within these various roles I was also given the opportunity to train others via on the job training. Throughout my almost five years at FCA I have learned many skills including teamwork, time management and have also learned that being adaptable is vital for success.
