Outreach activities for the European Commission funded project BrightnESS incl. partner and stakeholder relations; partnership building activities; content production for web, print and social media; organization and implementation of events. Establishment of the facility’s visitor procedure: definition of workflow and procedures; coordination, implementation and evaluation of all visits (6000+ visitors in 2017). Representation of facility to external visitors. Collaboration with staff across all levels and departments. Preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external purposes. Training and coordination of interns, trainees and new staff.
