- Conducting the full cycle of personnel selection for the agency's clients. Main customers include banks, IT startups, and major advertising agencies;- Managing and closing vacancies for middle-level and higher specialists (backend, frontend, full-stack developers, designers, QAs, PMs, as well as digital and top management);- Searching for and testing new sourcing tools;- Direct communication with clients, participation in briefings, and creating candidate profiles;- Creating and publishing job openings, often with a creative approach and from scratch;- Conducting phone and video interviews, including in English. Initial technical screening, assessment of soft skills;- Organizing interviews with the client, collecting feedback;- Monitoring and coordinating terms, creating job offers, addressing objections;- Gathering recommendations from previous employers;- Participating in employee adaptation. Communicating and supporting candidates during the probationary period. Promptly resolving any emerging conflicts;- Salary analytics, providing a client with a funnel;- Career consultations, assisting candidates with resume editing;- Mentoring interns
