Acted as main point of contact for all sponsors at Gronk Beach, Rob Gronkowski's premium pre-Super Bowl day-party, hosted at Encore Beach Club at Encore Resort in Las Vegas. Sponsors included Visa/Cash App, Anheuser Busch/NUTRL, Pluto TV, Monster Energy/Nasty Beast, Wrangler, Pit Viper, Teremana Tequila, Zamora Brands, BYLT Basics, and more. • Worked with ED of Partnerships to create timelines and workflow from deal point confirmation through final sponsor deliverables.• Led weekly calls with sponsors leading up to event providing detailed agendas, recaps, and follow ups.• Oversaw elements of sponsor experiential activations including liaising between sponsor agencies and internal partners and sourcing, ordering, and tracking any ancillary products needed for activations.• Served as on the ground point of contact for activation load in / load out alongside production team. • Was responsible for disseminating up to date sponsor information to appropriate internal departments serving as a key liaison across F&B, production, social, and PR.• Maintained master event documents with up to date information.• Led hospitality efforts as they pertained to partner-contracted tickets / VIP tables.• Led post-event recapping and case studies tracking measurements and KPI’s throughout the campaign.
