I have experience of nearly 2 years as a project manager in a non-governmental organization and I am looking for a workplace that will offer me the opportunity to continue my professional path in this field, to develop already existing competences and to learn new skills. For me, management does not represent only a professional field in which I can lay the foundations of a future career. It is a subject that also interests me and that I am passionate about outside the workplace. I enjoy reading and keeping myself informed regarding project and team management, leadership, but also reagarding related topics, such as emotional and social intelligence, psychology, sociology and personal development.I am always in search of new opportunities that help me grow both professionaly and personally. I am organized, responsible, I have a visionary spirit and I like to take initiative, render efficient and improve procedures, systems, means in which tasks are completed and in which goals are reached etc. I believe that reliability, the ability to listen actively and communicate in an assertive and empathetic manner are defining characteristics for me.
