During my time as a team member at CAVA, I gained valuable experience in providing exceptional customer service and operational tasks while balancing full-time school. Working an average of 20 hours a week, I met customer needs by curating custom bowls and memorizing all standard bowl recipes. Additionally, I was responsible for refilling toppings, and preparing dressings, drinks, and sauces. I also handled select commercial deliveries, assisted with inventory management, managed cash register transactions, and opened and closed the store on various occasions. Furthermore, I consistently maintained a clean and sanitary environment by cleaning and sanitizing the drink machine, counters, and floors.

During the summer of my freshman year of college, I gained valuable experience working at a specialty ice cream shop located in Arlington, Virginia. In this role, I I refined my customer service expertise by greeting and assisting customers, handling cash register transactions, and preparing to-go and online orders through platforms such as GrubHub, DoorDash, and Uber Eats. Additionally, I had the opportunity to showcase my creativity by crafting homemade ice cream using liquid nitrogen and assembling unique flavor combinations on a weekly basis. This involved operating large nitrogen tanks and carefully selecting ingredients for each flavor. I was responsible for preparing coffee and tea beverages, as well as opening and closing the store. In addition to these things, I operated and traveled to events within the tristate area (Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.).

Throughout this internship, I developed a comprehensive leadership strategy for the Conference of World Affairs and formulated a personal leadership plan tailored to my future.

During my senior year of high school, I gained valuable experience in the service industry by working in customer customer-oriented role. I handled transactions, greeted customers with a friendly demeanor, and managed telephone calls, including taking customer to-go orders and scheduling reservations. Additionally, I trained new employees as well as cleaned and sanitized all tables, chairs, and dishware. Upholding a high standard of customer service was paramount in my responsibilities.
