Through this position, I am using a wide array of skills as I provide a large variety of services. These range from business mapping and strategic positioning to market research activities for innovative services and products, to marketing planning and management and HR strategic planning and mapping. My work with Katty Fashion has allowed me to learn and develop as a project manager for TRL 5 solutions and also to proactively analyze opportunities such as European Grants and match them with organizational needs and development plans. I also got to use my HRM skills in recruiting for various IT positions as well as contributing to HR Strategies for long-term sustainability.

Managed the social media presence for the CLOTH Project, a project funded by the European Commission. I loved the opportunity to expand and apply my creativity with tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Meta Business Suite to offer the best experience in terms of content, both visual and content-wise. I expanded my horizons in terms of sustainable business strategy through the organized CXC events.

This was an amazing project that allowed me to use my consulting skills to assess the organizational graduate hiring status from the point of view of multiple stakeholders, analyze the impact current policies have and possible solutions, and expand my understanding of the role graduates have for organizational sustainability and competitiveness.

Great opportunity provided by the University of Groningen through the Business Consulting course, to work on a project targeting the wellbeing of police officers.

Handled the social media activity of the company. I research marketing needs, organize networking events, conferences, and handle press releases as well as cover communication with the members. I also helped redesign the cluster`s website and concept. For 6 months I had the opportunity to lead a team of 8 volunteers, including training and supervision. I successfully leveraged my business skills by helping write financing projects and obtaining financing from the municipality. The results of my work include a 10% yearly increase in revenue, a similar one in member base, and increased engagement by 190%.

Led a team of 4 students and organized a networking event introducing the Iasi City Hall and ARIES CEO as well as inviting 100+ ICT companies from Iasi, prepared press releases, creative materials for the event and the company. I also translated the cluster website in English and researched the marketing needs of the cluster.
