This is a diverse position which involves customer service, cashiering and staff supervision. A large part of my job is diffusing tense situations with customers and organising their products for replacement, warranty or repair. My present role also includes being the Health and Safety Rep for the Electrical Department. And of course any other tasks required by my proprietor.
