My past 20 plus years of being an Esthetician have been nothing short than amazing! I've have the opportunity to work with International Skin Care lines and Five Star Spas. Working in this industry has also given me the opportunity to meet people from all over the world. I have excelled in my craft and have helped and continue to help thousands of men and women care for their skin, look and feel better. In the fitness industry I've been able to help people improve their self esteem and confidence, improve their health, and teach them how to exercise properly. I am currently certified through NASM and working on my Level 1 coach certification with Show Up Fitness. I'm excited with how thorough Show Up Fitness is in their course content and passion to teach trainers to be knowledgable, confident and successful in the fitness industry.My hopes are to inspire others to live healthier lives while enjoying the journey through safe and fun programming and build and online fitness business.
