Growing up in Texas and slowly making my way from the bright lights of Blackpool to London, my professional career has been focused on bringing back the art of hospitality! I began my career with a love of spoken language- voiceover and radio work- questioning and communicating my way around the Fylde coast. As I progressed into hospitality training and leadership: presentation, coaching and face to face feedback became key skills to possess and impress on my teams. I’m in my element when leading a team, bringing together all aspects and aesthetics of what amazing hospitality looks like. I ensure to encourage a culture of challenging and improving standards and ways, helping to share and inspire best practices and new ideas. Highlighting my communications roles, I’ve facilitated and organised district meetings, training workshops and planned comprehensive remodel projects. Innovation and engagement is what I aim for!
