My role is to lead the provision of Human Resources (HR) in the school and to provide strategic advice and guidance to the Bursar, the Senior Leadership Team, and the Head as well as all staff.I bring a broad HR experience to KC, able to coach and develop Managers and ensure that the school meets all education establishment regulatory requirements, accompanied by a flexible approach to meet the needs of the school. My responsibilities cover Compliance, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Contracts Policies and Systems, Performance Management and L&D, not 2 days are the same which I love!I started part-time and increased my working days until becoming full-time in March 2022.
