Greet and manage customers as they come into the bakery. Service their needs with a welcoming and friendly smile. Organize and maintain the front of house presentation. Carry light loads and stay active on feet for majority of work shift. Answer calls and file paperwork when needed.

I was in charge of 3 young girls under the age of 7 and their upkeep. My jobs included light housework, light lifting, preparing meals, and keeping the girls active. I was there to help them grow and prosper while they were in and out of school. I would help them get ready and take them to their after school activities.

Supervisor a student staff of about 4 to 5 and delegate duties out in order to maintain and upkeep the presentation of the facilities. Attend training sessions and additional classes in order to be up to standard. Understand the computer database in order to issue memberships. Be able to follow rules, have staff follow rules, as well as fellow patrons in order to upkeep the safety of the facility. Take calls and emails and file them in a professional manner.
