I am considered a communicative, strongly organizationally oriented, flexible and responsible person. I like to work with people and find pleasure in building common structures and processes for current as well as future mutual goals. I prefer efficiency in processes and time-management orientation. I am characterized by a pleasant and welcoming performance at a level in accordance with clear communication. I am motivated by the fulfillment of the set goals and functioning structures, but I also perceive the need to reevaluate the set processes in order to make them more effective if necessary.In my free time I am actively engaged in the topics of ESG, with main focus on Social. In my personal time I pursue air acrobatics - air silks, reading books and running. If the opportunity presents itself then also hiking, paddle boarding and photography.
