- Conduct skill and behavior assessments, including the Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program (VB-MAPP), Assessment of Functional Living Skills (AFLS), BRIEF, EFL, Vineland III, and Functional Behavior Assessments to determine the client's current levels of functioning- Compose comprehensive treatment plans for clients that include comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plans that are in compliance with company and insurance standards- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT’s) in the implementation of treatment plan goals- Conduct biweekly parent training using the RUBI Curriculum and individualized parent training goals- Collaborate with outside service providers including school teams, Pediatricians, Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, etc.- Fulfill scheduling needs of clients and scheduling changes; coordinating with staff, families, and outside service providers

-Implement individualized treatment programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)-Teach and promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a fun, play setting to increase motivation and positive performance-Record objective daily data to reflect client progress toward goals-Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors

-Implement Applied Behavior Analysis treatment plans for each student that address skill deficits and problem behavior.-Perform one-on-one discrete trial instruction for IEP objectives including fine and gross motor skills, play and leisure skills, communication skills, etc.-Provide verbal direction, prompting, redirection, and modeling to maximize student access to preschool curriculum. -Collect data, document discrete trial outcomes, and graph student progress.-Supervise students during non-instructional activities and perform natural environment teaching.-Support students in inclusion experiences.

-Provide one-on-one or small group Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to designated students in a variety of educational settings including the home, community and classroom; drive a vehicle to conduct work.-Confer with supervisors, teachers and specialists to coordinate instructional efforts, implement Individualized Education Programs (IEP’s) and create daily behavioral learning activities; utilizeappropriate methods of instruction to achieve goals and objectives set forth in the IEP.-Work with individual students in a variety of areas based on individual needs such as sitting and attending, generalization, stimulus control, sensory integration, functional skills, communications and language development skills, self-help, visual perception and academics including appropriate prompts to build independence; utilize the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) methodology; prepare instructional materials.-Assist students with and demonstrate proper methods of physical care and personal hygiene,including toileting, eating, grooming and dressing; capitalize on appropriate behaviors and establish favorable reactions to environmental cues.-Prepare and maintain daily data, records, notes and progress reports related to assigned students and activities; maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information.-Observe, monitor and report progress regarding student performance and behavior to District staff; confer with supervisors, teachers and specialists to apply behavior modification and management programs.-Observe and manage behavior of students according to approved procedures; build motivation in students by rewarding performance of desired behaviors and completion of tasks with tangible or external reinforcement.-Accompany and monitor students in a variety of non-classroom activities including community based outings that assist students with developing social and community skills; assist students on and off the bus as necessary.

-Research potential new funding opportunities targeting organizations that focus on at-risk-youth, transition, school-to-work, and/or entrepreneurship initiatives.-Using best practices and culling information from previous successful grant proposals to write multiple new grant proposals throughout the year-Maintaining and building new business and community mentoring partnerships for the Young Entrepreneurs project- Young Entrepreneurs Project Outreach coordinator for job shadows, guest lectures, and trade shows- Use social media/marketing strategies to promote events and establish the organizations as a reliable, professional resource for the community-Refine and adapt Young Entrepreneurs Project job & career readiness curriculum to better meet UDL & Common Core Standards
