Deal Desk Manager, Inkjet Emea
Current• Partner with Sales Leadership and regional Sales Team to provide guidance and support on deal structure, pricing, contracts terms and conditions to optimize revenue, bookings and cash in line with the Company's financial and strategic objectives;• Lead communication and management of exceptions approvals with relevant stakeholders, including Leadership Team;• Coordinate and encourage contracts negotiations, being a liaison between Sales and other key partners such as Legal, Finance, and including customer;• Maintain a good working knowledge of customers, customer's need and business historic;• Manage escalations, assign and resolve inquiries from customers and Field Sales Account Managers;• Coordinate all EMEA IJS printer sales from contract negotiation to installation at customer site;• Coordinate production schedule and track shipping status (liaise with Manufacturing, Logistics, Installation team and Order Entry team);• Create quotes and generate contracts from CPQ, in accordance with Company's policy; secure contract counter signatures of designated EFI executives and package all required documents in a timely and complete manner; full CPQ ownership;• Ensure compliance with required corporate controls and policies;• Work with Regional Sales Operations Manager and peers in the US to ensure contracts are consistent with revenue recognition;•Interact with customers or leasing companies to ensure all required documentation or deposit are received;• Maintain relationship with Sales Managers and other internal groups; attend trade shows to provide contract administration support.
