🔹 I am an enthusiastic Legal Designer and Business Lawyer specialized in the fields of Legal Design, Legal Innovation, Digital Transformation, Data Protection, and Intellectual Property. I founded 'Mindre', to design legal products, services and processes that are functional, effective, and human-centric. 🔹 As the Head of 'LAWYER' Business Unit in BOUSSIAS, I publish 'LAWYER | The Business Magazine' and organize legal conferences & awards.🔹 I proudly work with businesses in the creative industries (Fashion, Luxury, Wine etc.) as well as major innovation and technology companies, providing them with custom-made solutions that enable them to protect their critical business interests. Through my professional course, I have acquired a deep understanding of the legal framework and the business principles governing the activities in the rapidly shifting information technology and electronic communications market. 🔹 I am the founder of "Tailored: Law & Business in the Fashion & Luxury Industry" (www.tailored.gr) a non-profit educational hub that promotes a productive dialogue between the creative industries and the legal world.. I have also organized the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Fashion Law and Business Conference “Fashioning the Law: Design - Protect - Trade - Mediate”.I also serve as a member of the International Trademark Association’s (INTA) Non-Traditional Marks Committee.🔹 I have co-authored the Greek Chapter in the Fashion Law Guide 2021, published by the Global Legal Post, and the chapter entitled ‘Unconventional Trademarks in the Wine Industry’, included in ‘Wine Law’, a book published by ESHTE Estoril Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotel Studies, USAL University of Salamanca and University of Sorbonne (Paris I). I have also contributed several articles in the field of non-traditional trademarks and aesthetic functionality in the fashion & luxury industries. 🔹 I regularly speak at conferences and teach Intellectual Property & eCommerce Law in the Diploma in Digital Marketing offered by IST College in Athens, Greece. I participated as a lecturer in e-Business comprehensive training programs held by Excelixi (Center of Sustainable Entrepreneurship - member of Piraeus Bank Group), and Knowcrunch, where I provided participants with specialized knowledge and practical skills relating to the legal issues in the digital ecosystem.
