During the course of 11 months, I manually analyzed 2000+ news articles with careful attention to detail, then coded over 3000 lines of relevant quotes using Google Sheets and Excel. Major Achievements:- Introduced and integrated Slack for efficient communication among different time zones- Provided unique ideas during introduction meeting for more defined topic-coding guidelines and improvements on potential flaws of the research design

While I joined ITS with limited technical knowledge and only a background in customer service, I earned a promotion to Lead Technician within less than a year of service due to my adaptability, leadership, and eagerness to learn. In addition to my prior responsibilities, my primary duties as a Lead included project and team coordination, internal and external documentation, liaising between dozens of IT departments, supervising shifts with 3-10 students, and following up with unsatisfied and frustrated customers. Co-founding Warren Grow! Community Garden with a team of 5 other principal members, I have watched the garden transform from overgrown and weed-infested, to a space of growth and student community. As treasurer, I managed a budget of $10,260 over 3 years while collaborating with my team, various campus organizations, and 3rd-party businesses for continuous improvements, garden projects, and student events. Fun fact - we received a "dead" banana tree which we threw in our compost... 2 years later it has grown taller than the 3rd floor of the adjacent residential hall!Major Achievements:- Launched tradition of quarterly F.A.R.M.
