In addition to identifying, collecting, synthesizing, and comparing information and data, my responsibilities involved attending work 40 to 45 hours a week and receiving tasks and reporting to a supervisor within the unit. I documented on current policy, guidelines, and ideas that shape water research, standards, practice, identified some global best practices, and created a concept paper on water policy reform. The purpose of such assignments was to create a tool that could help anyone trying to understand and/or reform his or her natural resource management regime keeping issues such as equity and sustainability in mind. -
