I am an experienced communicator, strategist and certified executive and leadership coach (ACC, CEC), who has worked globally for two FTSE 100 companies, and also an array of organizations, leaders and teams.Today, I draw on my issues management experience, along with an understanding of organizations and people to help craft unique and timely solutions. I have worked extensively in the areas of climate, energy, environment and post-secondary education.Strengths include strategic planning, communication planning, and issues and crisis management. I am also skilled in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, reputation and risk management, strategic partnerships and media relations. Throughout my career I have worked closely with both senior and emerging leaders. That foundation parlayed into a leadership coaching practice, and today I work with individuals and organizations who are looking for a thinking partner to help craft their ideal future. I also work alongside a range of experts to offer leadership and resiliency retreats and trainings.I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics, a Diploma in Public Relations and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching. I am also a Certified Resiliency Coach and a Tetramap Certified Facilitator.In the autumn of 2023 I embarked on a Masters of Arts in Leadership with the expectation of finishing in the autumn of 2025.
