The Flighthouse brand on TikTok and its owned and operated Instagram network is built in the categories that matter to young people on the platforms where young people spend their time. While at Flighthouse, Alex also worked with the VP of Content to find efficient ways to monetize Flighthouse's in-house IG network of 300m followers. Prior to Flighthouse Media, Alex was the COO and Co-Founder of 421 Media. 421 reinvented the modern media company. Founded in 2018, 421's goal was to create the optimal place for brands to connect with Gen-Z and Millennials. 421 quickly built the largest collection of owned & operated channels on Instagram. 421’s network of 127 channels span across entertainment, music, food, travel, memes, beauty, lifestyle and more. As a social publisher and content creator, 421 publishes thousands of pieces of content per day reaching 750M users across Instagram per month.At 421, Cooper was responsible for overseeing all day to day business operations including financial analysis, strategic partnerships, HR, sales, team leadership, and investor relations while insuring alignment across company wide initiatives. Prior to 421, Cooper was a partner at a well established family office with a demonstrated history of working in the sales and financial services industry. Cooper has over ten years of experience in managing teams across multidisciplinary departments and team building. Her past experience and leadership has been focused on improving operational efficiencies and delivering data-driven solutions to support revenue growth and team development. Cooper graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a B.A. focused in Philosophy & English from UC Santa Barbara and brings her comprehensive understanding and skill to the 421 team and its core values and mission.
