Responsible for the co-development and execution of marketing plans and initiatives, supporting long term strategies. My key role is to monitor and analyze market data & trends, to contribute to brand’s development proposing & implementing solutions for the opportunities found.Role highlights: COLOMBIA •Support on SKU development for TT channel with a result of more than 5pp incremental SOM (from mar-dec15) •Co-development of Bon Bril (Cleaning Utensils) brand image renewal, generating a solid distinguished presence in the POS giving consumers a better understanding of every product purpose. •Support on developing innovations out of regional strategic pipeline while being aligned with brand’s objective.VENEZUELA •Developed Nevex (Laundry Additives & Bleach) social media strategy and implementation plan, generating 12K users in the first 3 month with limited investment. •Co-developed and implemented image evolution of local brand to regional brand (Nevex-Laundry Additives & Bleach- to Clorox), maintaining local brands essence.• Supported the creation of Laundry Additive innovation pipeline & Total Cleaning category grow strategy for the following 3 years in Venezuela.•Generated gross margin improval to overcome price and cost restriction in bleach category (savings of $300K USD Y1)
