Coordinating a national project focused on ending violence against children in custody, financed by the European Commission, being implemented, under the coordination of the English Alliance for Child Rights, in six European countries: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Italy, UK and Romania. - Analysis of compatibility of the national legislation, policies and practices in the field of child protection deprived of freedom with international tools. - Knowledge of experiences and opinions of children in detention about the phenomenon of violence throughout confinement. - Encouragement of children who lived the confinement experience to get involved by sharing experiences and opinions and raising the awareness of decision-makers.

Coordinating multiple continuing education programs addressed to teachers in pre-university education - Projects financed with European funds.* Coordinating the team of partners from the counties involved: Teaching Staff Houses and County School Inspectorates, Project Management Authority.* Coordinating the team of trainers and monitoring the training sessions.* Coordinating the procedure on the award of public procurement contracts.* Filling and submitting the requests for reimbursement of expenses.

Programs for continuing education- Coordinating of the implementation team - accredited trainers - for 2 programs for continuing education for teaching staff - the educational program "IT Initiation and Use of AeL” and the program "IntelTeach - training in the knowledge society" in partnership with Intel Romania.Providing technical assistance for online testing.- Centralizing the courses and reporting to the National Center for Training of Pre-University Education Staff.Business Development-AeL- Developing project ideas in order to elaborate funding applications.- Writing and submitting grant applications.
