With more than several years of experience in education and training settings, I have managed diverse populations with multiple behavioral and learning challenges. I am known as a dedicated team player who enjoys working with others towards a common goal, but also excels when working independently. As a detail- oriented Certified Associate Project Manager in paper and electronic records management, I am adept at gathering client requirements, data collection and creating project plans. My strengths include document creation and organization, program research and development of training materials. People and colleagues often compliment me on my ability to recognize and resolve problems in any given setting or situation. I’m knowledgeable about story boarding, completing a needs analysis, E-learning, and creating a culture of learning with a demonstrated track record in filing and records of document management storage, including SharePoint. My Software experience includes Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite products. Lastly, I’m known for initiative and bringing order to chaotic unstructured situations to ensure effective and productive team collaboration. I am currently looking for new opportunities where I can utilize my CAPM certification.
