I am the lead for full-cycle recruitment efforts, including development of recruiting strategies, community engagement, applicant screening, interviewing, and on-boarding procedures. I ensure compliance with federal, state, and county regulations in all HR procedures and processes. I provide expert advice on equity and inclusion matters relative to the search committee and college equity liaison. I facilitate and guide search committee trainings to ensure proactive and inclusive search practices. I foster strategic partnerships with diverse groups and communities to effectively recruit top-tier talent. I develop and execute annual workshops to train on effective recruitment and retention practices.

I planned and executed quarterly grade card dissemination by working with teaching staff to ensure that accurate marks were recorded and reported to parents/guardians and students. I managed the alumni tracking system to create and maintain accurate documentation related to past graduates.I served on the graduation committee and collected relevant data (scholarships, future plans, etc.) for STEM School seniors. I drafted and revised written communications and documents on behalf of the school management and coordinated and assisted with special projects/events. I was responsible for developing, implementing and managing the school's social media strategy. I helped build and execute the social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.

I provided oversight and strategic direction of outreach, recruitment, hiring, retention, onboarding, and acculturation activities for a staff of 70 people. I was responsible for evaluating and applying HR business policies and practices to ensure data integrity and accuracy. I was a direct advisor on restructures, reorganizations, and other workforce shaping tools to aid in the optimization of talent across the district. I accumulated and analyzed statistics concerning staffing functions such as turnover, resignations, minority hire rates, promotions, and hiring lag time. I led the design, development, delivery and evaluation of employee training and development initiatives.

I composed game logs and game scripts for MBB and WBB. I prepared game notes files and updated game and player statistics for coaches. I was appointed to Social Media Brander to implement new strategies, strengthen the Wright State Athletics image in the Dayton area and stay consistent with Wright State University's mission. I played an active role in pregame operations, in-game promotions and community/campus promotions. I was also responsible for the music and sound effects at MBB and WBB games as well as softball and baseball games.

I was responsible for providing an exceptional client experience to all clients as both an associate and a manager on duty. I helped support the Store Manager in creating a store environment that is engaging for associates and clients. I assisted in executing a business strategy that maximized achievement in net sales, payroll, credit, and inventory shortage performance to goal. The location closed in March of 2018.

My responsibilities included product knowledge, straightening merchandise, updating client books for customer calls/appreciation, register operations, cash handling, and cleaning. As a sales partner, I was able to teach shoppers in my community about the company.

As the Public Relations Intern for The Athens County Historical Society & Museum, I was responsible for maintaining various social media accounts—Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram. I created the museum’s first Instagram account. I composed multiple media lists for press releases sent to various parts of Ohio and surrounding states. I created advertisements to promote events held by Athens County Historical Society & Museum. I composed the museum's first media guide for staff members/new interns to follow.

As the office assistant, I was responsible for miscellaneous office duties in the History Department. These duties included but are not limited to: typing and computer work, copying, mail, collating, running errands, answering phones, and assisting with various departmental projects.

I was responsible for monitoring the social media of professional athletes. I composed sports articles for teams such as The New York Knicks, The Denver Nuggets, The Phoenix Suns, and The Cincinnati Reds. This job allowed me to inform sports fans of their team’s latest happenings. This job also allowed me to help strengthen the content on the team’s websites and increase viewer traffic.
